A colloid mill homogenizer combines particle size reduction with dispersion stabilization in a single pass through the rotor-stator gap. As it breaks down solid particles or liquid droplets, the intense shear simultaneously distributes them evenly throughout the continuous phase, effectively performing both milling and homogenizing tasks that might otherwise require two separate pieces of equipment.
